    This started a long, drawn out game of negotiating who would pay for what. The dealer wouldn't pay for either a replacement part or cover any more than $200 in labour, which would have left me roughly $800-$1000 out of pocket.

    Bought a used Liberty wagon from Reynella Subaru just after xmas 2016. Initial service at purchase time was very good. The experience soon soured- Within the first week of having the car, discovered some existing damage to the roof rails which I only discovered when I was washing the car, & notified the dealer immediately.

    In the end I couldn't bear sitting on the phone debating the matter with the dealership manager any more and just gave up.

    It left me with a bit of a resentful attitude to this business really. As a result I won't be taking my car to any of the Adtrans business for servicing, period, nor can I recommend them after feeling like I've been fleeced over a few hundred bucks. I'm on my 7th Subaru with this one but won't buy the next from this business.
